Our recruiting process is comprised of three steps. We first screen for our potential candidates from a pool of submitted resumes. Based on the background information you have provided in your resume, we conduct a brief fit interview to further probe into your interests in pursuing a career in corporate finance and to get to know you more as a person. We then assess your overall level of understanding of accounting and finance via a technical interview, where you'll be asked questions designed to utilize your field related fundamentals
